AI agents check and reconcile invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders and turn them into warehouse entries. Site engineers use agents to prepare progress claims aligned with quotations and warehouse records, linking procurement, materials and billing for completed work through the same data.

For the Ministry of Finance, we built an AI assistant that explains Serbia’s budget through conversation. Citizens ask a question and receive a plain-language explanation of how public money is planned and spent, instead of searching through budget documents and the database.

AI agent for sales

We developed an AI sales agent that processes customer inquiries and prepares sales orders. It interprets free-form messages received by email, Viber or SMS, finds the matching products in the existing ERP system and pairs them with the requested quantities. The salesperson receives a completed order to review and approve.
